🧐 What is Ace of the Diamond: Act II: Anime and Manga
Ace of the Diamond is a manga series by Yuji Terajima that was also adapted into anime. The story takes place in the fall of 2016, a few months after Seidou High School’s victory in Koshien. Eijun Sawamura throws a no-hitter during his no-out match against Hakuryuu High School. The story begins with practice matches against Sankou and Akikawa, and continues with the Spring Tournament. Eijun Sawamura faces Ryota Isashiki in a battle of undefeated pitchers. After defeating Inashiro Technical High School 5-2 during the Koshien Summer Tournament, Seidou heads to play in the Tokyo Autumn Tournament, where he faces some old foes: one is Chris Yuuki, who moves from Nichidai to Seido; another is Yoko Omine, who moved from Kyoto Heian High School because she wanted to play with her brother again (the latter had been injured earlier).
The Story and Plot of Ace of the Diamond: Act: II
The story takes place in the fall of 2016, a few months after Seidou High’s victory in Koshien. Two years have passed since Haruichi entered Seidou High School as an aspiring baseball player. It was also then that he met his teammates, Senda Toshiya and Kamamoto Kazuma, who would be the driving force behind the team’s success in the 2015 Spring Tournament. Seidou won the Spring Tournament for the first time and hoped to take on the following year’s Summer Tournament with renewed vigor…. But that was not planned! The heat wave made it impossible for the baseballs used by the players in the training camps, or even those made specifically for such games, to last long enough in those conditions before deforming or breaking completely…
Eijun Sawamura and his no-hitter
Eijun Sawamura throws a no-hitter during his no-out game against Hakuryuu High School. Sawamura’s no-out game was against Hakuryuu High School. Sawamura’s game with no outs was during the Spring Tournament.
The practice games against Sankou and Akikawa and the Spring Tournament.
The story begins with the practice games against Sankou and Akikawa, and continues with the Spring Tournament. Seidou plays in the Spring Tournament, where it is determined that they will face Mihashi’s alma mater (who has just been promoted to the majors). During the practice matches, Sawamura throws an all-out match against Ryota Isashiki (the ace of Seido Academy). Ryota defeats Sawamura 2-1, but is impressed by his pitches.
After winning his first four matches of the tournament, Seidou has to face Ginko’s former school, Kiryu Daiichi High School. The match comes down to an epic showdown between two undefeated pitchers: Sawamura and Karasuno High School ace Yuuji Terushima (Tetsuya #10).
Eijun Sawamura takes on Ryota Isashiki
In this scene, Eijun Sawamura faces Ryota Isashiki in a battle of undefeated pitchers. Ryota has been pitching for about 6 years, but has not won a single match. In contrast, Eijun has only been pitching for about 2 years and has already won about 20 consecutive games to his credit. It seems like the odds are against Ryota from the start.
However, when asked why he plays baseball even though no one believes in him or his team (Hakuryuu High School), he replies, “I want to meet someone who can beat my strength.” This answer reveals that he doesn’t just play because it’s fun; he knows how important this game is to him and wants to prove himself worthy in the eyes of his teammates by beating his ace pitcher with no outs!
Training camp brings Sawamura, Furuya and Tanba closer together.
Training camp brings Sawamura, Furuya and Tanba closer together as they try to perfect their starting pitches. The team is divided into groups for the training camp, which gives them a chance to bond with each other. They have a place where they can train in peace and relax after practice, a definite advantage of being on the team!
Players are divided into groups for spring break training camps.
Spring break is the ideal time to get away from school and experience new things. Camp is a great opportunity for players to learn new skills, bond with teammates and relax after an intense season of games. Camp is also an opportunity for players to get away from their academic responsibilities at school. While studying for exams can be stressful, it’s important not to forget to have fun.
