🧐 What is The Seven Deadly Sins: Anime and Manga
The Seven Deadly Sins is a great anime. It is perfect to watch with friends, to watch with family, or even to watch as a couple. Some of the strengths of this anime are: the likability of its characters and their deep personalities; it has very well done and super detailed animation, especially when it comes to the demon designs; and the plot has some interesting twists that keep the viewer on their toes from beginning to end.
What are the Seven Deadly Sins?
Pride
Pride is the sin of thinking too much of oneself. Pride can also be called vanity or self-esteem.
It is easy to see why pride is considered one of the seven deadly sins: it is the first and most fundamental sin, as it leads people to commit other sins such as envy, anger and gluttony. If you are too proud or vain in your behavior, it will be difficult for others to look at themselves honestly and see their own weaknesses without feeling inferior. You may think that this type of behavior only applies if you are trying to upstage someone else (and in many cases it does), but that is not always true; sometimes even just thinking well of yourself because you have done something as simple as smiling at someone else can cause them unnecessary pain and suffering in the future when they realize that no one finds their life as fulfilling as yours.
Greed
Greed is wanting more than you need. This can lead to theft, fraud and even murder in some cases. Greed is considered a sin because it causes people to do things they would never have done otherwise. Shedding blood for money is wrong because it is unnatural: humans are social animals and we need each other more than anything else to survive. Greed also leads people down the path of other sins such as envy or gluttony: the desire for more food leads directly to overeating (which in turn can lead to obesity), while the desire for more money can push one to steal from co-workers or friends, which can ruin friendships altogether if discovered.
The Qur’an says, “Seek not rewards that will cause you ruin after Allah, but seek the rewards of Allah.” What does this mean? It means don’t go overboard with things like food or clothing: you should not want them so much that they come between you and Allah!
Anger
Anger is the sin of feeling angry or upset. Anger is a normal human emotion and can be a good thing if used correctly, but it can become a bad thing if used incorrectly.
Anger occurs when we experience an unpleasant situation that makes us feel frustrated or upset. It is natural for people to feel angry when they don’t like what someone has done, but this doesn’t mean we should lash out at them; instead, try to find another way to express your feelings calmly and respectfully (such as talking about how you feel). If another person is too angry for this discussion, give them some space and wait for them to calm down before trying again.
Laziness
Laziness is the fourth of the seven deadly sins, and it’s one that most of us can relate to. Laziness is the habit of doing as little as possible-or less than you should-and it’s not just a way of life; it’s a bad character trait. Laziness is something you do repeatedly, so much so that it becomes second nature. If you are lazy today and tomorrow, for example, laziness has become part of your identity-“I am lazy.”
Laziness can be either an active choice (choosing not to work) or an unconscious tendency (doing nothing at all). In either case, laziness means putting things off until later, while they pile up in your mind, making them harder to deal with later.
Lust
Lust is the desire for pleasure, which can take many forms. Lust is a sin because it is not directed to God and because it lacks selflessness. It is not just that lust makes you want to have sex with another person; that is only part of it. Lust also includes wanting money or power, eating too much when you are hungry, and spending money on things you don’t really care about (like shoes). In short, lust is any selfish desire that provides no real satisfaction in itself.
Gluttony
Gluttony is a sin of excess. You know it when you see someone who eats too much and does not care for those who are hungry. Gluttony can be a sin of the body or of the mind; it is excess in one way or another.
In the Bible, Jesus tells us that if we want to follow Him, we must give up everything we have and follow Him (Luke 14:33). We do not need to give up food or drink completely; however, we should not be so attached to them that they take over our lives and prevent us from being able to do God’s work in other areas.
If your gluttonous behavior involves overeating and neglecting others who are hungry, then perhaps it is time for some self-reflection. Do you only pay attention when someone gives something away? Or do you think carefully about how much money is enough for your needs each month?
Envy
Envy is the desire for the traits, status, abilities, or situation of others. It can be a positive emotion if it motivates people to achieve their goals and desires. However, envy can also be a negative emotion that induces bad feelings in someone when they see other people experiencing happiness and success.
So what is the difference between longing for something and being envious? If you long for something but do not feel jealous when someone else gets it instead of you, then your reaction is not envy. However, if seeing someone else get what you want makes you unhappy – even if they have earned it fair and square – then that is envy! And just like all things in life (including love), there are some situations where having a little extra may not be such a good thing after all….
